いやあ、いつもながらの目標ですね。マンネリ化してます。
昨日、暴飲暴食で、新年早々、ぐったり。今年もスロースターターです。
写真は実家の柱にあったシールです。たぶん、35年ぐらい前に、私が貼ったものだと思います。懐かしいというか何と言うか。

あけましておめでとうございます。今年の目標は、例年通り、ダイエット、子育て、トレーニング、英語です。

GABAの体験レッスンに申し込んじゃいました。外人アレルギーを治せるかな。
最初はビジネス英語を、と思ったけど、普通に心理的な壁を取り除ければそれでいいかな、と思い直しました。凄い折衝をするわけじゃないので。
それに、講師のプロフィールを見たら、そんなにビジネスの話をできそうな人はいない感じでしたから。まあ、日本人だって難しいでしょうしね。

英語頑張ろうとこの歳になって一念発起し、GABAにパンフレットをもらいに行きました。うーん、高い。
いいシステムだなぁ、と感心するところも多々ありましたが、値段が値段だけにどうするかは悩ましいところですね。
何といっても、すぐ挫折する私が、どこまで続けられるか、大いに不安ですし。
ただ、子どもたちが頑張っているのに、親が努力する姿を見せないというのも、いかがなものかと思ってもいます。
さあ、どうする？

TEDはやっぱり素晴らしい。久しぶりに見て感動。通勤時間はこれにしよう。
ためになるし、英語の勉強にもなるかもしれません。

通訳がクソだと、プレゼンテーションが、かえってわかりにくくなりますね。
事前に基本的な用語ぐらいは勉強しておいて欲しいものです。あと、メモを取って、訳してくれないと、同時通訳みたいにかぶせられて、聞き取ることもできない。
英語を学ばなければと思う瞬間。 -
マチルダ、英語版で字幕なしなんであまり意味はわかりませんでしたが、ニュアンスだけ楽しみました。
子供がミュージカルでやるからと、友達から借りてきた映画です。

全然、わかりません。これを持っている友達が素晴らしいです。小学生なのに。
でも、何となく、マチルダ頑張れと思ったので、まあ、いいです。
よくよく調べたら、ミュージカル版もあるみたいです。

ゆるゆる査察出張に衝撃事実。通訳がいないらしい。無理無理。この際、英語じゃなくてフランス語とかスペイン語とかで説明して欲しい。
最初はちょっと贅沢できるからと、ノリノリだったのに、完全にブルー。
ああ、もう行きたくない。
上司に行きたくないと相談したら、「現場力」で頑張れ、とのこと。
現場力？
それって、行き当たりばったりのことかな。

長女が英語の歌を一生懸命に覚えている。それだけで素晴らしいことだと思います。頑張ってくださいな。
頑張ろうという気持ちが大切。才能がなくたって好きなら、上手になりたいという強い意思があればいいでしょ。

ホームパーティー、妻は大変だけど、盛り上がるし、家計にも優しくていい。
実態は家呑みですけど、何か。
まったりした休日は、いつもこんな感じ。でも、子供たちも大喜び。
今回は、アナと雪の女王を英語版で見ました。

8月からの目標は、早寝早起き毎日ストレッチ、そして、通勤時間の有効活用ですね。
やはり、人間、健康が第一。
注意していも、病気になるときはなってしまうのでしょうが、わざわざリスクの高い状態に置く必要はないでしょう。
ということで、人間ドックでも指摘され続けているダイエットに取り組もうかと思いますが、今までは、難易度の高い目標を掲げて失敗しているので、これからは、簡単なことからまずはじめようと思い直しました。
早寝早起きは、結構、難しいのですが、ストレッチは毎日できそう。テレビを見ながらだってできるから。軌道に乗れば、体幹のトレーニングにレベルアップしていきたいですね。キックとか空手を再開するのは、そこからです。冬になれば、1駅歩くというベタなものもいいかもしれません。
通勤時間の活用については、契約しちゃった日経新聞の電子版の活用とUMANOという英語の朗読の無料アプリの活用です。
今まで、かなりの無頓着で過ごしてきたのですが、世の中の動きをつかんでおくことと、あまりにも酷すぎる英語力をどうにかしようかと思いました。
どうなることでしょう。

家族全員がミュージカルにはまって歌いまくり。おかげで、頭の中がアナと雪の女王になっちゃいました。
長女と長男は「ふしぎの国のアリス」。

Let it goは会社のキックオフとかにも使える歌詞ですね。英語ができたら、使いたいぐらい。
日本語訳の歌詞じゃなくて、英語の歌詞がとてもいい。周りがなんと言おうと気にせず、自分の思うがまま、ビジネスを展開していきたい、そういう気持ちにさせてくれます。
